By focusing on depth, you can become a true specialist in your field, which in turn can help you stand out from other candidates and increase your value to potential employers.\u00a0 To achieve depth, it&#8217;s important to choose a specific area of focus and dedicate time and effort to mastering it. This may involve taking training classes or workshops, pursuing certifications or advanced degrees, seeking out opportunities to gain hands-on experience and of course, pursuing careers in that area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ultimately, while having a broad range of skills can be useful, it&#8217;s often depth that truly sets candidates apart in the eyes of employers.
